Sophie, who joined the Pioneers Post reporting team this year, is a journalist specialising in business, social and charity issues. She previously worked for Third Sector magazine, and has been a regular contributor to the Guardian Voluntary Sector Network, has written for Ethos Journal, and worked as an assistant producer for CNN.com. She is also the co-founder and director of Urban Tea Rooms, an artisan café in central London.
